Designed for consumption in the autumn-winter period. The plant is medium. 20-30 oval heads of medium density are formed on the stem. On the cut, the sprouts are green-yellow. The variety has high frost resistance. Brussels sprouts are one of the most nutritious - the content of vitamin C in it reaches 140 mg%, it is rich in protein and trace elements (especially phosphorus) and therefore is most valuable for baby food.
