Pepper СARPATHIA

Сarpathia is a new author's variety of medium-ripening sweet pepper. The vegetable is characterized by high yield, hardiness, versatility of use. The vegetation period is 125-130 days.
The bush is sturdy, high-growing, stable in the root. Its height is up to 1 m. The fruits are large, thick-walled. Among their characteristics, the following are distinguished:

weight - 200-250 g;

color - from light green to golden-orange, depending on the stage of ripeness;

length - up to 20 cm;

wall thickness - up to 8 mm;

shape - long-conical.

The green leaves are medium-sized, slightly wrinkled. The peppers are quite fleshy, thick-walled, with a small seed chamber.
The variety has an unforgettable taste and aroma. Fruits are juicy, sweet, have a pleasant peppery odor.
Ripe peppers are ideal for fresh consumption - salads, vegetable cuts, appetizers in the form of sandwiches, canapés. Also, the vegetable is used for stuffing, pickling, preparing roll-ups for the winter. Cut cubes are dried for the winter, frozen or immediately added to first and second dishes.
